Required from you

You should firstly be an intelligent individual who is not afraid of exposing his or her talents to the world. You should have good communication skills so that you can work as part of a team and fully contribute towards the required goals. You should be able to call yourself a programming guru and be able to understand all sorts of coding related issues quickly. As we pay hard workers bonus payments every month, we would love you to be able to claim that award multiple times during your hopefully long career with us. We require at least a bachelors’ degree in computer science or its equivalent.

Your role at our organization

Depending on your performance, we will assign you a position which can be anything from team worker to team lead. In the start, you will mostly assist our current development team to optimize our software and also to provide debugging to issues that come up along with creating patches for them.
