A web design head is required who has previously designed websites for at least one multinational company and also has experience with being a team lead in various scenarios. The design head will meet with the upper management to understand the requirements of the website and he/she will also have to provide briefings to the upper management as well. He or she must understand the requirements of the target audience and must work accordingly.

Requirements

The candidate will co-operate with our web designers in order to monitor their performance and lead them to the completion of the website design. The candidate must be proficient with both HTML and Photoshop and must have at least 5 years of experience with the former. The candidate should show understanding of the individuals under him/her so that work may be carried out smoothly. Also, the person should be able to provide visual analysis of all the parts of the website so that he can correctly keep in check the overall design of the website.

Education

A masters’ degree in a HTML related field is compulsory.
